For Co2 laser use we offer ZnSe (Zinc Selenide) lenses with low
absorption, anti-reflection coatings. ZnSe has a natural reflectivity of 17% at
normal incidence so an antireflection coating is needed to stop back
reflections
A wide range of standard size lenses are available for most CO2
laser machines of European, US, or Japanese origin. These are cost effective
replacements when compared to the OEM part, and are of equal or better
quality.
Also available are lenses of non-standard dimensions, such as
extra thickness for high gas pressure use, or specific focal lengths, that
might be used to complement a beam expander for example. Ask for our freeware

Lenses are available in mounts where needed.
We also work with other infra red transmitting materials such as
Ge, BaF2, CaF2, NaCl, KCl and Silicon. Some of these materials can be used with
out anti-reflection coatings which makes them very cost effective. Optical
design software allows multi element and multi-wavelength lens designs. Beam
delivery design using "Gaussian beam" propagation software complements Zemax
optical design. |
