 This is probably the most widely used laser safety
software in Europe. Lasermet has been selling this since 1993, although it has
of course evolved enormously over that time. The software is being continuously
expanded to bring in new features and improved, as well as updated in
accordance with changes in the standards. Due to Lasermets very strong
involvement in the making of laser safety standards they are able to get
advance notice of changes and put these into the software at an early stage.
The software was originally aimed at customers who were quite knowledgeable in
laser safety. However, they have been working to make the software easier to
use for the less experienced and are continuing to do this, so that we can aim
the software at a much wider audience.
A demonstration version of LaserSafe is available from the link
below. The demo is a fully working version of the software, with the exception
that it only works at 532 nm. LaserSafe is fully compatible with Win 95, 98,
Me, NT, 2000, XP.
