The 300-0600-00 series of thermo-electrically cooled, (TEC), blue-violet, red and infrared wavelength laser diode modules offers exceptional wavelength and power stability, (better than 1%), good pointing accuracy and significantly increased laser diode lifetime.

Designed for applications demanding consistency and repeatability such as machine vision, alignment, industrial inspection, high-resolution printing, biomedical instrumentation, spectroscopy, microscopy and genomics, these TEC laser modules are compact, versatile and highly cost effective.

The 300-0600-00 series of Thermo-Electrically Cooled, (TEC), red and infrared laser diode modules offers exceptional wavelength and power stability, (better than 1%), good pointing accuracy and significantly increased laser diode lifetime.

Designed for applications demanding consistency and repeatability such as machine vision, alignment, industrial inspection, high-resolution printing, biomedical instrumentation, spectroscopy, microscopy and genomics, the TEC laser modules are compact, versatile and highly cost effective.

The laser module produces a circular output beam and output powers of 0.9mW to 32mW at 635nm, 25mW at 690nm, 55mW at 785nm and 24mW to 120mW at 830nm.

Green TEC laser module532nm Green DPSS TEC Laser Module

532nm DPSS high visibility green laser module with integral thermo electric control which enables the laser module to be operated at a stable temperature level. This provides the constant optical performance and wavelength precision necessary for demanding industrial and laboratory applications such as alignment, bio-analysis and flow cytometry.

The DPSS (diode pumped solid state) green laser module measures a compact 60mm in length, 24mm diameter and offers a circular output beam of approximately 2.7mm diameter at a 5 metre working distance with a lasing wavelength of 532nm.

It provides optical output power of 5mW or 10mW, typical operating voltage of 3V DC, operating current of 400mA maximum and operating temperature from -10 degrees to + 50 degrees Centigrade.

It is a compact, self-contained, efficient and highly reliable laser module.
